Design Link’’s team of talented designers combines several decades of industry experience with the most recent advancements in LEED and commercial/residential design concepts. Each member of our staff is capable of taking a project from initial design concept through final project implementation.

Design Link is a full service Commercial and Residential interior design firm. Our team and extensive resources provides each client access to the very best that the design world has to offer; regardless of project scope or complexity.

Nancy Elam, Partner, Designer

Nancy Elam
Residential Designer | Founding Partner
A founding partner of Design Link in 2006, Ms. Elam brings to the firm over 20 years of experience and excellence in the design industry. This includes owning and operating a national interior design franchise, as well as working as an independent design consultant. She has extensive experience in both residential and commercial design and has consulted on numerous projects with well known local architects and builders. Her work has been published on a local and national level for several well known shelter magazines, including Southern Living and Traditional Home.

Jessica Cull, Partner, Designer

Jessica Cull
Commercial Designer | Residential Designer | Partner | NCIDQ Certified –| LEED AP
A graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Design with a degree in Commercial Interior Design, Ms. Cull has extensive experience in commercial design, space planning, project administration, furniture procurement, and project specifications. Her broad range of project experience includes medical facilities, financial institutions, nursing homes, administrative and commercial offices, and various retail spaces. In addition to being a sought after commercial interior designer, Jessica is noted for her high-end residential interiors accomplishments.

Toni Webb, Designer

Toni Webb
Commercial Designer | Residential Designer | NCIDQ Certified –| LEED AP
Toni graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2004 with a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Art History. Ms. Webb is passionate about interior design and that is evident in projects she has completed in design sectors including corporate, higher education, hospitality, healthcare and residential. She too is a LEED accredited professional.
